cut and lay carpet

Cut and lay the carpet onto my conservatory, measures 646 x 267. I have a piece of carpet, stored in the garage, that will need cutting and laying down. The carpet already there is not attached to the deck. I'm interested to discuss benefits and costs for having the 'new' carpet laid properly
