I need carpet which is in two adjoining rooms removed. underneath is floor boards but I am not sure if I will get these repaired and sanded or new flooring put down. This job includes some furniture moving and disposal of the carpet.

This was a small and highly paid job but I found Matu very unprofessional. He failed to turn up the day scheduled for site visit and did not call or return my call. Next day apologised but no explanation. After the job was finished, I paid him and next day found I could not get my car out of the garage because the carpet and sofa was piled up against garage instead of taken away, as arranged. Again, calls, txts, emails. Finally stuff taken away. All very stressful.
