Lay new carpet

We are looking for someone to come and lay new carpet in a bedroom for us. We have the new underlay and carpet on-site already. It will include ripping up the old carpet and removing it to the landfill (or somewhere to be recycled/reused if there is such a place). The person we had booked in for yesterday let us down. The room has been emptied of furniture and is all ready to go ASAP.
