Hi there, We had an accident at home last week: the washing machine leaked tans of water into the hall way. The leaking caused the carpet soaking badly. Water went through the carpet and even led to a big spill of water into the garage. We have used 3-4 heaters over 10 days, and yet the carpet is still not fully dried. We are now really worried about the underfloor insulation, wood and etc. of the house underneath the carpet (wood etc.). We understand that the floor and insulation will need to be dried out, we also received a quote stating the stain on the carpet will require replacement. We’d like to do a comprehensive inspection underneath the carpet and floor. We aim to get the moisture out and figure out the best treatment plan. Appreciated if you could contact us to arrange an inspection, we’d like to have a second quotation for any treatment, repairing and replacing if needed. My number is --- , email: --- . We live in a four bedroom single level house in Paparangi (close to Jonsonville and Newlands). Thank you in advance, Andy
