We are renovating an old 1900s bungalow. Approx 135m2 (including new extension yet to be built) / 4 bedrooms 2 living areas. Existing floors are all over the place (wonky) and there is some borer in floor. After some advice/quotes on best way to do flooring cost efficiently. Likely that will require some carpeting, and new extension to be flooring. I'd like to be able to have some flooring in some of the old parts of the house if possible (our builder reckons there is too much borer to make this a good option... but I am hopeful it can be done at a reasonable price).
