Room size is approx. 4.7 by 3.7. Location is Washington Ave in Brooklyn. Drive on site so easy access. Carpet will be supplied early next week. Concreate floor. Power on site if required. There is a small metre square(approx.) tiled entrance to lay around but nothing else to work around. Smooth Edge and underlay will also be supplied. The carpet is second hand but in good condition. Quote for 'labour only' is required. Job required to be completed by end of week so by 15th Jan.
