remove carpet from door entry area

Hi there i am looking for someone who could remove a part of my house carpet by the main entrance...talking about a meter square of existing carpet. Under the carpet there is a nice wooden floor and i would like to have that as entry pavement. However i could even consider to replace the removed carpet with some other material by the wooden floor level is too low....by the main entrance door my carpet is constantly getting a bit wet when it is raining outside and we walk in and out plus i would like to have something different there instead then carpet. I have attached some picture. I am looking for someone with good experience who could cut the part, hopefully remove the existing glu from wooden floor without sanding it then secure the corners nicely. I will be happy to pay for any material needed. Thanks
