Driveway Reconcrete

I have a property with a driveway that needs re-concreting. The existing driveway was in cracked condition and therefore removed by myself. It is almost completely re-boxed,will be complete prior to you coming in. I will upon completion of all quotes expect the contractor who is awarded the job to supply labour,reinforcing mesh,concrete and any hand tools deemed necessary for the job. The contractor who is awarded the job shall have all relevant Health and Safety practises and documents ready and available for my perusal under the Health and Safety act. I will not accept any hand written "Copies". This will be viewed by myself no later than two weeks prior to you commencing the job. The driveway in question is located at Chilcott road, Henderson, Auckland. It is approx 55mtrs long by approx 3.5mtrs wide. It will be reinforced by you the contractor prior to pouring and shaping/floating off by you,the contractor,it MUST have a swale/cutoff drain hand-shaped up against and parallel to the existing R.O.W driveways. I expect absolute proffesionalism in every aspect, this includes your conduct whilst on-site,and obviously the overall finish. Please remember your obligations to supply... As much labour as you require. An accurate measure of the site to quote for the amount of concrete you will need to supply. Enough reinforcing mesh to cover the entire pour area. Enough hand tools to pour and shape as required. The above measurements were approx only,and final thickness will be 4'' (100mm)min. As stated earlier,i expect a proffesional and am prepared to pay for that service,as for that service,i also expect you to ring me on prior to you entering the site. Cheers.
