Carpet restretch 2 bedrooms Henderson

Due to recent waterproofing of concrete floor along 2 main concrete walls (1 wall each in 2 bedrooms) we need a carpet layer to glue about 10m of smooth edge (no nails to be used) along the concrete wall. Then the existing carpet needs to be stretched back in place up to the waterproofed floor and concrete wall edge. About 2m of underlay is needed to replace some damaged edge of the underlay.
