garage carpet

We have a small garage ,concete floor, 4mtrs x 3 mtrs. we have the carpet and the underfelt here. Need someone to cut and fix it to the floor. Its not a wool carpet, probably synthetic. Its been rolled up for a couple of years in our other shed
