Downstairs bathroom. Claw foot bath used as a shower. Tiles on wall and floor not waterproofed. Also the waste pipe was not connected under the bath. So waste water went straight under the house. Tiles on the floor started to lift. I had a tiler come and lay new tiles. He did not tell me a 2-3 metre square area by the bath trap under the tiles was water damaged. He has tiled over this floor damage. A building inspection has been done. Increase water readings in the floor and wall. It states it is internal from the bath shower complex. I would like the wall and floor fixed and keep the bath. Take down all the shower fittings and just use it as a bath. Also needed is the hand basin connected in this bathroom too.
