Replace carpet on (internal) concrete staircase

We need the existing carpet - and underlay - on our staircase to be removed, and for replacement carpet (including underlay, both of which we already have) to be laid down. This is an internal concrete staircase in our double storey house. The steps are short (240 mm deep) and the staircase itself is a bit narrow (845 mm wide steps).
