Sand 2 rooms of old kauri floors

We're moving house on 13 December, and need someone to remove the carpet from 2 rooms (approx 24-25sqm in total) then sand the old kauri floors. We do not require the floors finished, as we're planning to stain and seal the entire house in a few months time (of course, we will be considering the tradesman who does this small job for the larger job later!). We need this done before 11 December - ideally around the 06th or 07th Dec would be perfect.
