Sand native rimu floor. Approximately 80 sqm. Lounge (25sqm), three bedrooms each 10sqm, plus hallway and kitchen (15 sqm). Nails all punched in or taken off. Wood is in a very good condition, one bedroom is raw wood, never used other rooms are with one layer of polish. Job needs to be executed next week, we need to move in on next Saturday. Please deliver a quote, which includes all cost. Job location is Glen Innes/Wai-O-Taiki Bay. Thanks!
