Replace framing timber

This is a relatively small job at my rental property in J'vill that I would like done in a couple of weeks before new tenants move in on 25 August. Involes replacement of small amount of rotten framing in basement and reinstatement of new exterior Hardiflex sheets (old one will fall apart on removal). I have been waiting on my usual builder to do the job for a few months now, but it seems he is too busy with other work to complete my job before 25th. If you can help, I would love to hear from you. I can arrange access for quoting purposes during the week. Current builder says job can be completed within a day.
