Cambrian St Deck

The deck has a butynol covering over a chipboard base. Size about 2.4meters by 2.7meters The butynol lifted and ware got underneath stuffing the chipboard which has sagged in a couple of places. A temporary plastic sheet now covers the deck preventing further water ingress. The repair will require the aluminium ranch-slider and a short narrow aluminium bathroom window to be removed then uplift and dump the old chipboard. Remove the ballustrade top rail and posts across the edge of the deck. Then put down treated 22 ml ply, lay Traffic Guard covering, new flashings across both ranch slider and window base. Then reinstate aluminium ranchslider and window and then put the posts and top rail back in place. Would suit someone who has done this sort of job before. I can meet you on site to go over the job.
