Replace small area of wooden decking

Remove and replace approximately 12sqm of wooden decking. The decking sits on top of a concrete pad with battens underneath. There is a water pipe that runs underneath the decking, on top of the concrete pad (see photo for where it enters). The existing wood is approx 18mm thick, and the new deck needs to be the low profile (same or lower) so that the cottage door can be opened. The area is 5.8m x 2m. I am happy to remove the existing decking myself to reduce overall cost.
