Bay window roof repair #2

We have a 3-flat property at 3 Maurice Terrace (private road off The Terrace). The flat located at the front of the property (Flat A) has a leak in a bedroom – we are searching for a builder who will investigate a good solution with us to resolve this leaking and carry out repairs. The bedroom has a bay window with an external stairway and landing to an upstairs flat over it (Flat C). The flat roof of the bay window which is cladded with tin is badly rusted and is causing the leaking. Because of the upstairs landing over the bay window, it isn’t possible to simply replace the rusted tin roof without removing the landing (which will affect access to Flat C). This is a time-sensitive issue that we would like to address urgently as the bedroom with the leak cannot be used.
