Replace flooring

The room is 3.56m X 3.6m. Work to be done. * Owner to remove skirting boards * Remove existing underlay and carpet * Remove existing chipboard flooring and foil backing. This is sandwiched under the walls so will need to be cut flat against the walls. * Add any additional joists required to support new flooring * Pre-position insulation (due to limited clearances this can't be done from below, later) - e.g. put down layer of nylon net to support insulation and secure horizontally to joists * Replace with H3.2 flooring ply * Ensure rough edges are sanded and any gaps holes filled * Owner to arrange replacement underlay and carpet Pricing should exclude materials cost for any extra joists required as you can't know this at the time. All other costs should be included in the quote.
