Lyall Bay Wellington , Bedroom ceiling replacement

Approximately 12 sqm of gib ceilings need to be replaced in a bedroom due to mold on the existing ceiling which we suspect may be due to wind driven sand from the beach becoming entrapped in the ceiling cavity and retaining moisture. The replacement of the gib ceiling will also require the replacement of the timber cornices and both to be painted upon completion. Project must be completed during the August period as the tenant can temporarily vacate the premises during this time to enable work to proceed.
