Our bathroom window has rot in the frame, and the wall it is set in will also need attention. (Rottem spot, in photo.) The sill seems solid though . Window is approx 480mm x 520 mm and we'd like reflective glass in the new one, single glazed. Hoping to re use the window stay. Not an urgent job but keen to get it started. The exterior wall is concrete/stucco with wooden framing set in around the window. Ground level, single storey house.

We had trouble finding a day that worked for this because of stormy weather but we got there. The new window is so much better and the replacement frame around it is solid - I went around it with sealant afterwards as there were some gaps at the stucco wall edges. Good work on a difficult job - an old house where everything has moved over time and nothing is quite square, nicely done. Extra thanks for the thorough site clean up!
