Deck trimming

Hello! We have about 12 meters of decking that is hard up against the weatherboard. We are looking for someone to trim this back as our pre-purchase inspection advises the decking should be 12mm off the house in order to meet current code and avoid moisture issues. We also have 2-3 loose/rotten wooden steps about 600mm in width we would like replaced. These are the same timber as the deck. Thanks!
