Ceiling roof cavity repairs

We are looking for a carpenter to have a look at a our roof cavity and repair/add some more framing where necessary. The house is a 1910's villa so some of timbers look like they are due for a replace (borer or split). There's also a few large spans where an extra perlin might be needed. The ceiling insulation is out this month for borer spraying, so a good time to have a look and do some repairs. There is an attic stair to access the roof space. Be warned, it's in Wadestown - so about 70 steps from the street to our front door.
