Bedroom balcony decking

The decking on the balcony is deteriorating with one broken plank. It is 2.7 m x .95 m consisting primarily of 9 pine boards 2.7 x.1 m sitting on top of cross beams extending from the house and backed by metal flooring attached under the cross beams. Wish to replace the planks and do any other work to ensure they are properly seated. Strengthening the guard rail is optional but preferred. Would like the work to be done as soon as able.
