Patio repair

Small patio / entryway in need of repair. There was a rotten face plate which was removed revealing some rotten framing as per photos. Not sure if there is a slightly rotten bearer underneath or if it is just the framing. Require rot removed, framing repaired, and new fibre cement sheeting fixed on top of boards. Will need to be weatherproof, so looking for suggestions as to how to do so. Have recently had an asbestos sheet on top of the boards professionally removed and the area vacuumed. The sheet had building / tar paper underneath. Good access under the house if required. Preference is to be remediated within the next fortnight.
