Decking, pathing and landscaping

We have a deck that needs to be reclad. We also want to replace the balustrade with a glass balustrade. We want our pathing redone so it's no maintance (rather than stones that need weeding. We also have a flat grass area that we would like to turn into a decked or pathed area we can use for bbqs and deck furniture. Maybe even put in a small outdoor kit set shed/outside room that we can use for an office/laundry area. Open to good ideas but main aim is to make it as maintenance free as possible. Something like the small kit set cabin in one of the attached photos.
