Art deco apartment block exterior maintenance

We have a number of maintenance tasks on our much loved quality 2 level concrete apartment block. This includes: Replacing the original (1938) TG&V matai coal box lids Replacing rusted downpipes Fixing spalled concrete roofing in garages Soft wash/mould kill exterior Remove small sections of delaminated paint and repaint Touch up painting Plus other small jobs. We want this work completed over this summer, and can be very flexible about when. Parking available on site.
