New Jib Ceiling install, Shelving Demo and Build new Laundry Floor

Part 1. Hallway ceiling re-jib. Removal of the old ChipBoard in 1920s Bungalow Hallway, Install new jib, Make new pine boxing surrounds. Plaster and sand to a 'ready to paint' finish. 5 panels approx 8-10Sqm total. Part 2. Remove old shelving (on concrete walls). Finish any walls behind shelves (plaster) to a 'ready to paint finish'. Install new laundry floor (ply or other). may need to be raised from current position.
