Floor Bracing

I would like to install some more floor bracing in one of the lower bedrooms in my town house. The bedroom floor is easily acessible from the garage which is below. I would estimate that this would be a half day job for someone with the right skills and equipment (not me). Would be great if someone had some time and could complete ASAP before the 13th Feb
