Some general maintenance from building report

Exterior deck roof purlins need strengthening (need CPC cleats attached) Carport roof joists need some extra nails in the hangers a very small part of the main house roof iron (a couple of sheets) needs minor trimming - overhangs a bit far into the gutter Bathroom needs some extra siliconing - small job it is to remediate a builders report for a house sale so need this work done immediately - this week if possible
