Replacing or fixing up old windows

The windows in our bathroom are looking average. I want to get new glazing but would like to get someone to provide a revommendation and price on two options: 1. fixing up the old frames, or 2. getting brand new windows. There are a few windows like this in our house.

Really really happy with the job Matt did, and such a great guy to deal with. Exceeded expectations, definitely recommend. Wish all tradesmen were as reliable and hard working.
