Various maintenance

We’ve got a couple of small maintenance jobs plus an install of a washing line: 1.We’ve had some rodents chew the hot water pipe under the house and was leaking. The pipes were replaced by a plumber a couple of weeks ago, but now just needs new insulation and fibre cement lining under. It’s not a big hole I think probably 600mm but not certain 2. There is what looks like marks from a rat nest or might be a leak - we are not sure but know in the past that rats used to hang out here. But the marks seem to keep growing and need to be looked at and replaced with new fibre cement and insulation . 3. The last one is installing a washing line onto the side of the house- one of those fold down ones from Bunnings which we will supply.
