Maintenance and repair work on Broadmeadows home

Hi I’m looking for a builder to do some maintenance and repair work on my two storey Broadmeadows home in preparation for painting. Work to be done will include replacing some bargeboards and soffits that have started to degrade, fixing flashing around a sliding door, replacing or repairing some loose cladding, and looking at deck which may need some maintenance. In all it’s a moderate amount of work. The house is two-storey, so scaffolding will be needed. The house is a 1980s Hardieplank clad house. Access to the house is good (street level) and the property around the house is fairly flat. Aiming to have this work done during upcoming summer ahead of painting the house.
