French door fix & rot on garage roof

We have two big jobs and a few smaller jobs to tackle. French Doors: Our French doors (off our kitchen), won’t shut without opening them both up,& closing at the same time. A locksmith has looked at our French doors, who has advised he can see the door and hinges needs adjusting. They think the doors would have moved over time causing them to now rub. Weatherboard/wood on our lower garage (shown in last photo) looks like it may have rotted and may need to be replaced/repaired. Small jobs: - [ ] A water pipe (that runs along the outside wall of house) just needs a new screw attachment to fix this back to the wall. - [ ] We have a heavy mirror and a coat rack that need to be put up on the walls - [ ] The drawers in our bathroom need the handles re-attached
