Water damage repair

Hi, We have some water getting into parts of two rooms. We would like the causes investigated and repaired, as well as any sections of wall replaced if needed. We think the cause for one room is the fibre box on the outside, which is causing water to come in. We think the issue for the other room is old wooden batons around the window. We can see warping of the skirting boards and bubbling of paint. We can also feel some damp carpet close to the wall and on the outside of one bedroom there looks to be a thin layer of white mould.
