Rental Property Maintenance

I have a rental property that is in need of a few repairs. I am looking for a builder that can complete the following list of tasks: 1. Replace 1-2 meters of spouting. 2. Fix the flashing round a chimney which is leaking. 3. Re-attach a blown off chimney pot. 4. Re-hang a garden gate that has come off. 5. Patch up a few missing pieces in a wooden deck.
