Deck handrail /steps and post replacement

We need a wooden handrail and steps added to our deck. The handrail is approximately 675cm in length. The steps need to be approximately 70cm high and 100-120cm wide. We would like them, enclosed and finished in the same timber as the deck (pine). The picture attached shows the style of handrail and steps we had in mind. The other picture show the deck where the handrail is required. The height of the deck of the ground ranges from approx 1metre to 1.49metres. One of the posts on the deck also needs replacing (it is rotting near the ground) or an additional support post added. We are looking to have this work completed by mid-July.
