Leak from timber weatherboard to internal bedroom wall

Evidence of water damage showing through gib board in the corner of bedroom. Timber weatherboard is on second story of the house. Require someone to look into the issue from the bedroom before we look to erect scaffolding (if required). Decking only 18months old and were told water tightness issue solved, however potentially gib needs to be removed to investigate. House is vacant and there is a lockbox key, therefore can inspect at anytime. Photos to follow
