Refit roof tile

One of the concrete tiles in my roof blew out so I need it put back in. It seems the concrete tile is not broken so won’t need replacing. I believe you will be able to put the tile back in from within the roof cavity hole. The house is empty with a lock box so you can complete the repair at any time the suits you. You will just need a step ladder or small ladder to get into the roof cavity and the roof cavity is tall (almost stand up inside I would guess). Address is in Newlands, Wellington
