Hi there are issues with leaking roof so the water saturated on the ceiling. The ceiling is the exposed beams. The water have saturated on the floor and the floor is soft underneath the carpet. There are parts of the porch ceiling were the woods are swollen. Some parts if the stairs have borers. The front door is struck and hard to open and shut.
