3 small projects to replace/repair weatherboards on 1950s house. Scaffolding already erected for window repairs. Ideal timeframe for weatherboards repaired asap in the next 4 weeks. Board profile - bevel backed 6” x 1” rough sawn H.D.A Matai weatherboards, with 1 ¼” overlap, and a ¼” chamfer on the leading edge. Project 1 Frame and board gap in south wall caused by removal of stone chimney 3 years ago. 22 x 120cm length boards Note - Upper boards were replaced at time of removal, bottom section was left to incorporate renovation plans which have been delayed. Project 2 Replace boards with sags/warps/cracks under south wall window beside former chimney location. Affected section 11 planks x 180cm length (5 - 6 boards affected) Project 3 Misecellaneous weatherboard replacement North wall 1 x 30cm length (board 9 section) West wall 1 x 4.8m length (board 1 ) 1 x 45cm length (board 2 section) East wall 2 x 135cm length (section board 1 and board 2 above stairs)
