1) identify and fix two leaks 2) fix a leak in weather board (assume board to be replaced have boards) 3) replace gib on damaged walls 4) replace ceiling tiles in lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry 5) fix a hole where a water cyclical had been replaced I appreciate that there is an issue with gib supplies but maybe getting the leaks resolved would be a great start. I am based in Karori
