Repair joists supporting a decking walkway.

We need a builder or handyman with building experience to possibly assist my husband with repair or replacement of the joists which appear to have moved from the supporting beams. The walkway is around 1 meter wide & the decking would have to be lifted to see if the joists can be re positioned on the supporting beams or replaced to make the walkway safe. Some suitable tools would be helpful too!
