Bungalow repairs - fence, windows, rot, insulation

1. Repair/replace de-laminated fence post. 2. Replace rotten fascia on bay window. 3. Replace window hinges and rehang windows (up to 10 wood framed windows) 4. Install insulation batts in walls of downstairs room and it's adjoining staircase. The following link has videos of everything... --- / --- The house is getting exterior re-paint in March so exterior repair jobs need to be done by then. Other than that no hurry.
