Refurbish and re-build old deck.

I am looking to refurbish my existing deck and some part I need to re-built. I need a modern design, and white metal banisters around it. The existing deck need to be shortened as well. please see images. I need the green areas and the red areas has to be removed. Further it needs to be leveled with the house so there is no step when exiting the back door. attaching an example of the banister style I am looking for. Thanks, Peter
