Box corners, soffits and weatherboards

Hi Looking for a qualified carpenter to do some general cladding works before the house gets painted. The house is two story's down hill from the road and will be scaffolded. Looking at the below listed items. Fix weatherboards in various locations Fit box corners to weatherboards where we currently have miter corners Fix small area of soffit that was damaged. Remove and replace gutters and down pipes with new Marley type product. May need some facia replacement. I can load out waste myself and house is pretty sheltered from the wind and there is street parking for free which is usually pretty empty during the day. Looking to start soon. I'm happy to pay for either a fixed price or hourly charge rate up and materials. Beers every Friday. Could suit one man band or 2 workers Cheers
