Installing 2 x Car Park Signs - Removing 1 x Car Park sign

There are two parts to this job. 1) Removal of a sign at Buckle St, at the back of the Basin Reserve Cricket Grounds. Would potentially require at hex bit to remove the screws 2) Installation of two parking space signs at a site on Taranaki St. Either using silicone, or industrial double sided tape, no liquid nails.
