Screw down squeaky particle board floor

Anyone with experience of Squeeeeek No More Floor Squeak Repair Kit (available from Mitre 10)? Particle board under cork tiled kitchen (approx 3m by 2m) is squeaking. No access from below (there is a bedroom underneath). Ultimately, we intend to overlay laminate floor over the cork , so standard screwing is an option. There's no urgency for the work. Thanks
