rustic plugs, flashing under the door, replace cedar boards, exterior holes

I need: * Several rustic plugs on windows and door frames around the house * replacement of some cedar boards that have cupping or split * plugging some exterior holes left from earlier scaffolding or some outdoor fixtures. * flashing at bottom of one of the doors for extra sealing against water. * plug exterior hole in laundry (3-4in - probably left for previous exhaust) * need either work or just quote (if it's too expensive) for replacing part of the laundry floor that is possibly damaged by water in the past.
