Weatherboard tidy up prior to painting

We are piling, then painting a 2 story villa clad in rusticated weatherboard and need an experienced carpenter to work in with the painting contrator to repair/replace/tidy up the weatherboards and corner boxes etc as required. There will be scaffold access. We anticipate this work to be needed between 7 and 18 June, but dates subject to how when the piler is finished.
